我们将从本周三（3月14日）开始每周三特别推出源自美国底特律的披萨 。因为 披萨的流程跟我们的纽约式披萨完全不一样，所以每一次数量有限- 我们建议你预定你的披萨（一个底特律披萨够四个人）。第一个月我们光做芝士披萨，下几个月我们要介绍新款底特律披萨！
These days our trips to the US include more and more pizza eating and on our last trip the one that really blew us away was Detroit Pizza from Union Squared in Chicago. It’s a pretty niche style which is most easily described as the bastard child of pizza and grilled cheese on a focaccia type base. And it’s so good.
We will be serving these pizzas every Wednesday evening in store, along with a musical soundtrack from Detroit, with the genre changing as we go on. We’ll kick off on Wednesday 15th March with an evening of cheese pizza and Detroit hip hop – JDilla, Dabrye, Guilty Simpson (no Eminem, we're afraid).
